Defective items must be reported within 1 day after item delivery date.

Due to hygiene concerns, all items must be exchanged with the company tag attached. If we receive your exchange and the tag is damaged or removed, we will not be able to process your exchange.

Please note that all items must be exchanged in the same condition as received without any damage, stain or marks from food, makeup or deodorant etc.

At Uniiquely You, we have the right to refuse any exchanges that does not meet our standard exchange policy.
